She learn quickly, that becoming a medical cannabis card holder, at a cost of over $300. a high price to pay, on a fixed income.  is when her problems started. Threaten eviction from her Senior Citizen apartment complex,  For having cannabis inside her home, It was then she learned, that all medical cannabis card holders of Las Vegas are not equal. She began to gather with her neighbors to discuss the problem.  The idea of the  need of having somewhere else to go, to socialize daily. The   S.M.I.L.E   House an outlet specifically created for them by them as a social enterprise.

The Co-Founder " Vanessa " has a special interest in helping Veterans she has Two of her oldest Adult Children That's Serving for Our Country. Her Oldest Son has served for over 20yrs. that has done many deployments and has come home not quite the same, 



He clearly has  P.T.S.D and she has seen for herself, the effect of CBD & Cannabis, Her Older Daughter has also served in the military, She had come home to become an RN.



Vanessa, has had health issues that left her with disabling issues and was granted the medical marijuana card, Living in a senior citizen community complex, she soon learned that MMJ Patients had no Rights To Their Medication. And was threatened to be Evicted Because of it. 



She, decided to collaborate with other's in her complex, and together they formed: S.M.I.L.E

This 60 Plus Demographic Group has goals of building not just one cannabis community social club, but, to have others in all of the legalized States in America.
