Threaten eviction from her Senior Citizen apartment complex,  For having cannabis inside her home, It was then she learned, that all medical cannabis card holders of Las Vegas are not equal. She began to gather with her neighbors to discuss the problem.  The idea of the  need of having somewhere else to go, to socialize daily. The   S.M.I.L.E   House an outlet specifically created for them by them as a social enterprise.
